We are three experienced psychotherapists with over 20 years of combined experience across therapy, supervision, and mental health training.

Grounded Therapy was born from a shared belief: mental health support should be accessible, immediate, and meaningful — not something employees wait weeks to access or only reach in crisis. This is why we have developed a proactive, whole-organisation model. Our platform combines one-to-one counselling with wellbeing workshops and self-help resources — all delivered via a seamless App with built-in video access.

No waitlists. No barriers. Just ethical, expert care designed to reach and support more people — when they need it most.
