Abby Closs

Abby Closs is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for Lending at Groundfloor Finance since February 2025, Abby previously held the role of Manager, Account Operations at ParkMobile, LLC, from April 2023 to January 2025. At Level 5 Capital Partners, Abby led the establishment of a new business unit as Chief of Staff and was responsible for aligning cross-functional teams and improving performance tracking. As the Owner/Operator of MADabolic Inc. from 2018 to 2021, Abby successfully launched the first location in Atlanta and developed a growth strategy that ensured profitability. Earlier in the career, Abby managed a $60M portfolio as National Account Manager at KIND and implemented data-driven sales forecasting at General Mills. Abby holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maryland and studied at the American University of Rome.
