Bruce Boehm

Bruce Boehm has served on their Board of Directors since December 2014. Mr. Boehm is an active angel investor in the Raleigh-Durham area and advisor to several specialty investment funds.

During his career, he has been a director for more than 35 publicly and privately held companies. He previously was a General Partner of U.S. Venture Partners in Menlo Park, California, with responsibility for a portfolio of approximately 20 healthcare and technology investments. Mr. Boehm received a BS from MIT in 1975 and an MS and MBA from Stanford University in 1982.
