Kelsey Young

Kelsey Young is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in production, capital markets, and financial operations, currently serving as Director of Production at Groundfloor Finance since January 2020. Previous roles at Groundfloor Finance include Product Owner, Financial Operations Manager, Capital Markets Lead, Capital Markets Analyst, and Financial Analyst. Prior to that, Kelsey held the position of SE Regional Operations Coordinator at RGP, focusing on HR and talent operations as well as business operations for multiple offices. Additional experience includes working as a Financial Planning Associate at Highland Trust Partners LLC, an Administrative Assistant for the University of Georgia Athletic Association, and as a manager for the UGA Men's Tennis Team. Kelsey earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Family and Consumer Science, specializing in Financial Planning from The University of Georgia.
