Megan is a 12-year tech startup veteran and has gained valuable and diverse experience that has given her unique insight into what it takes to grow a thriving organization.
Before Groundfloor, Megan served as Director of Global Project Management Office for Cardlytics (CDLX). As one of the first 50 employees at Cardlytics, Megan was a key player in successfully launching the CDLX program at the largest financial institutions in the US and UK. Providing strategic direction, a clear vision, and a supportive culture growing CDLX from a startup to a thriving public company.
Megan attended the University of Colorado and holds a BS in Strategic Communications.
