We specialize in high-end outdoor environments — custom pools, paver patios, retaining walls, waterfront construction, and complete property transformations. Our work is built around quality, detail, and long-term performance.

In addition to design/build, we support commercial clients and property managers with professional landscape maintenance, irrigation, enhancements, and snow and ice management. Our focus is consistent execution, clear communication, and accountability across every site.

Founded in 2002 by Nick and Lori Heimann, Groundscapes has grown into a team of experienced professionals who take pride in delivering “Groundscapes-level” work — projects and services that stand out and hold up over time.

We operate a dedicated showroom and serve clients throughout the Omaha area, typically within a one-hour radius.
