We exist to help businesses unlock value and efficiency through sustainability.

Groundswell spun out of Octopus Group, where the founding team ran the Impact and Sustainability team.

Octopus is known for disrupting broken industries and coming up with solutions to real world problems; Groundswell is solving problems in sustainability.

Over the last five years, the role of sustainability has changed, the focus on reporting has moved it further from value, and increasingly it's seen as compliance and a cost.

We're on a mission to create a world where sustainability is simply a part of doing business. We help asset managers, and their portfolio companies, to make sustainability integrated, commercial, and valuable, through our outsourced solution.

If you're looking for support, or you want to be part of the team, we'd love to hear from you.
