John Roberts

John Roberts, Jr. is the Southeast Community Resilience Program Manager at Groundswell, Inc., a position held since 2024. Prior to this, they managed the YES! For Equity program at the Partnership for Southern Equity from 2022 to 2024. They began their career as a Teen Advocate at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston from 2012 to 2015, where they developed programs for at-risk youth. John also gained experience as an Entrepreneurship Program Associate and later as a Youth Engagement Manager at BUILD Boston. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature at Morehouse College.
