Joel's career also includes experience as a Landscape Manager at GroundMasters from April 2004 to January 2011 and as a Foreman at Seiler's Landscaping from April 2000 to April 2004. Joel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Horticulture from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, where studies were completed from 1997 to 2000, and a High School Diploma from Winton Woods High School, completed in 1997. Early education was completed at St. Bartholomew Consolidated from 1985 to 1993.
