Sumit Bhardwaj has extensive experience in performance operations and ad operations, currently serving as Senior Manager - Performance Operations at GroundTruth since October 2014, after holding multiple managerial roles within the company. Prior to GroundTruth, Sumit worked at Exponential from October 2012 to October 2014, where roles included QA Lead in Executive and Associate Ad Operations, focusing on service level agreements and campaign performance optimization. Sumit started a professional career with internships at ITC Limited, Maruti Udyog Limited, and Omax Autos Ltd., and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IILM GSM and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University.
