About

GroundWeavers helps communities, partners, and governments work together—so decisions get made, commitments stick, and programs deliver. We design practical processes, align diverse stakeholders, and leave teams with usable tools and clear ownership.

Our work spans partnership facilitation and community engagement, strategy and change execution, and hands-on learning (workshops, labs, conferences, destination retreats). We’re evidence-driven, IAP2-aligned, and experienced in northern and remote contexts, including culturally safe design, language access, and seasonal logistics.

What we’re known for: right-sized scopes, disciplined follow-through, and artifacts you can share—mandates on a page, costed roadmaps, MoUs/charters, RACIs, decision logs, dashboards, and “What We Heard” reports that translate participation into decisions.
