Tom Dowis

Tom Dowis has extensive work experience in finance, accounting, and operations. Tom served as the CFO at GroundWidgets, where they led the accounting, finance, human resources, and administrative functions. Tom also worked as the Founder and CFO/COO at Financial Leaders and Executives in Software & Technology in Greater New York City Area. Prior to that, they were the Finance Director/Controller at Automated Collection Control/dba YGC Solutions, where they directed all finance, human resources, and administrative activities.

Tom has also held leadership positions at Ground Travel Technology Team Inc and Diversified Media Holdings, where they served as the CFO and COO. Tom was responsible for overseeing financial management, human resources, and customer activities. Additionally, they worked as the CFO at Cendant/Cheap Tickets and Ketchum, handling strategic distribution, travel services, and public relations finance activities respectively.

Early in their career, Tom served as the Director of Accounting and Finance at Worldspan LP, where they had full controller responsibility for financial and management reporting functions. Tom also worked at Delta Air Lines and DatasLink, where they held managerial roles in marketing automation and accounting.

Throughout their career, Tom has demonstrated their ability to drive financial growth and improve profitability. Tom has experience in preparing board packages, strategic planning, forecasting, and acquisition activities. Tom is skilled in reorganizing accounting and finance areas, completing audits, rewriting contracts, and standardizing pricing.

Tom Dowis attended the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from 1975 to 1979. Tom obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance.
