Groundwork is an AI-powered contract intelligence platform built for the UK construction industry.

We help contractors, commercial teams and construction businesses identify contractual risk, obligations, deadlines and problematic clauses before agreements are signed.

Built around the realities of JCT, NEC and SBCC contracts, Groundwork is designed to improve commercial visibility, reduce risk exposure and help teams better understand the contracts that govern their projects.

We believe construction remains one of the most operationally underserved industries when it comes to modern software tooling, particularly around contract understanding and commercial risk management.

Groundwork is currently in development with an initial focus on UK contractors and commercial teams.
