Sara Loken

Sara Loken is the Managing Director of Communications at Groundwork Ohio, where they lead the organization’s communications outreach strategy to advocate for high-quality early learning and healthy development for children. They previously served in various roles at Friends of the Homeless and the Community Shelter Board, including Administrative Director and Chief of Staff, where they were integral in managing operations and communications. A lifelong social justice advocate, Sara is dedicated to creating systems that meet the basic needs of all individuals, empowering them to thrive.
