Groundwork
Darryl Williams is an experienced professional with a strong background in programme and operations management. Currently serving as the Programmes and Operations Manager at Groundwork since October 2024, Darryl previously held the position of Programme Manager at Y Prentis from September 2018 to October 2024, where responsibility encompassed the development and delivery of the Y Prentis Shared Apprenticeship Programme in South East Wales. Prior roles include Regional Training Manager at Lovell Partnerships Ltd and Company Development Adviser at CITB, as well as Store Manager at Morgan Jewellery. Darryl holds a BA (Hons) in Post Compulsory Education & Training from the University of Wales Newport, earned between 2009 and 2011.
