Hughs Shields has extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as BID Project Manager at Groundwork CLM since March 2020. In addition, Hughs has been Programme Manager for Employment & Skills at Groundwork Lancashire West & Wigan since 2008. Hughs completed education at St Ambrose High Coatbridge from 1973 to 1978.
