Katy Stevenson

Katy Stevenson is the Chief Executive of Groundwork Wales, a Strategy Partner with Nature Service Wales, and a trustee for SNAP and CARMS, as well as a panel member for the Police and Crime Commissioner in Gwent. They previously served as Executive Director of Groundwork Caerphilly (2008–2015), Deputy Director of TDT (2004–2008), and Manager – Community Training and Business Services, NVQ assessor at Cardiff ITEC (1997–2002). They also served as National Training and Information Manager at Snap Cymru (2002–2004). They were a Wales Strategy Group member (voluntary) at the Learning and Work Institute from 2018 to 2025. They earned a postgraduate diploma in Regeneration from the University of Glamorgan (2007–2009).
