Sarah Duncan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Learning, Impact & Quality Manager at Groundwork since May 2010, specializing in youth, employment, and skills development, as well as health and community program management. Previous roles include Programmes Coordinator and Programmes Officer, focusing on quality assurance, continuous improvement, and grant management. Prior to Groundwork, Sarah Duncan worked at Coventry University as the International Experience & Mobility Service Administrator, managing Erasmus and Leonardo da Vinci grants, and at the University of Warwick in various roles related to work experience and student council projects. Sarah Duncan holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language & Literature from the University of Liverpool and a Postgraduate Certificate in Social Research with a specialization in Sociology of Education from the University of Warwick.
