Andy Schlarman

Andy Schlarman, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in geotechnical project management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Groundworks since May 2022, Schlarman previously held positions at Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) from October 2011 to May 2022, where roles included Branch Manager and Staff Engineer/Project Manager. Responsibilities included executing engineering analyses, preparing reports, conducting field explorations, and overseeing laboratory services while ensuring client commitments were upheld. Schlarman began their career as a Field Technician at S&ME, Inc. in 2011. Schlarman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University in 2011.
