Austin L. is a seasoned IT Operations Leader with over two decades of experience in various roles, including network engineering, cloud architecture, and DevOps management. Previously serving as Vice President and Director of Information Technology at FinWise Bank and currently as Director of IT Operations at Groundworks, Austin has demonstrated expertise in enhancing operational efficiency and security within leading institutions. Austin’s career began in the US Army as an Infantryman, followed by key roles in the Air National Guard and several companies, including Wolters Kluwer and First Electronic Bank. They hold a Bachelor of Science in IT Management from Eastern Oregon University, expected to be completed in 2027.
