Previously, they served as an Area Manager at Amazon and held the role of Fleet Manager for Marine Corps Recruiting. Eric's military background includes over two decades as a Military Police officer in the United States Marine Corps. They hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University, along with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Mary Washington and an Associate's degree from Northern Virginia Community College.
