John J. Dibble III

John J. Dibble III is a strategic executive leader currently serving as Regional Manager at Groundworks, where they oversee operations for multiple branches in the Mid-Atlantic region and focus on leadership development and operational efficiency. Previously, John had a distinguished career in the U.S. military, including roles as Company Commander and Battalion Intelligence Officer in the 10th Mountain Division, and they played key roles at the Program Executive Office Soldier as an Assistant Product Manager. John also served as an Assistant Professor at the United States Military Academy at West Point, educating future leaders. They hold an MBA from Harvard Business School and are currently enrolled in the Executive Program on Negotiations at Harvard Law School.
