Libi Henley

Libi Henley is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in operations and business optimization. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Finance at Groundworks since February 2015, Libi has held various finance-related positions, including Controller and roles focused on finance transformation. Prior experience includes a tenure as Controller at JES Construction and KBH Business Management Systems. Libi began a career in finance as a Staff Accountant at GoldKey PHR from January 2013 to February 2015. Libi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, obtained from 2008 to 2012.
