Robert Kanter, MBA, is an enthusiastic finance professional with over a decade of diverse financial experience. Currently, they serve as the Director of FP&A at Groundworks, where they lead analytical and financial planning efforts. Prior to this role, Robert gained extensive experience at ADP, where they managed a team focused on variance analysis and budgeting for significant expenses. They also held various positions at Newport News Shipbuilding, contributing to program finance and cost control. Robert holds an MBA from the William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business and a BA in Economics & Business from the Virginia Military Institute.
