Ryin McCarty

Ryin McCarty has a diverse background in the culinary and sales industries, currently serving as an Outside Sales Representative at Groundworks since September 2025. Prior experience at Wegmans Food Markets spans over 14 years, where Ryin progressed through various roles, including Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Culinary Management Trainee, and Cook 2, ultimately focusing on employee management and development. Ryin holds an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the Florida Culinary Institute, completed between 2004 and 2006, and graduated from Okeechobee High School in 2004.
