Will Schmidt

Will Schmidt is an experienced graphic designer currently serving as the Lead Graphic Designer at Groundworks since March 2021, where responsibilities include maintaining brand integrity across 18 brands and 70+ offices in the United States and Canada and leading national ad campaign content production. Prior positions include Graphic Designer and Design & Production Manager at Magnicolor Vinyl Wraps + Custom Printing, where expertise in creating vehicle wraps and various printed materials was developed, and Assistant Manager / Graphic Designer at Old Point Comfort Marina, managing operations while designing promotional materials. Will's career began as Lead Graphic Designer at AutoInk Designs, supervising the design department and creating diverse marketing collateral, along with an internship at Spartan Energy Drink focused on promotional materials for product launches. Will holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Old Dominion University, earned in 2010.
