Group Care Global‘s mission is to promote group health care for mothers, infants, partners, and their families to improve maternal and child health and well-being. To support this mission, Group Care Global consults with international partners to integrate group care and its evaluation into their health system.

Group Care Global is a non-profit dedicated to promoting a group care model based on the CenteringPregnancy® model developed in the United States in the early 1990’s by nurse-midwife, Sharon Schindler Rising.  Hundreds of published studies have documented better health outcomes for mothers and babies and increased satisfaction with care.
