Scott Eidson

Scott Eidson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence. They served in the United States Air Force in various leadership roles, including NATO Senior Maintenance Operations Manager and Director of Continuous Process Improvement & Innovation. Currently, Scott leads as President of Sierra Echo Initiatives and Operational Excellence Leader at Dekko, while also serving as Managing Director at Canterbury Investment Management, LLC. They hold an MBA from Purdue University Fort Wayne and a BS in Business Administration from Cambridge College, complementing their strong educational background with multiple associate degrees in military science and aerospace maintenance.
