Leanne Old is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Group Lotus since July 2019, Leanne has held various roles including Global Commercial Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner, and Talent Acquisition Specialist, demonstrating a commitment to finding top talent for Lotus Cars. Prior to this, Leanne worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Hales Group Ltd, focusing on commercial temporary recruitment across Norfolk and Suffolk from July 2017 to July 2019.
