Christopher Connolly

Christopher Connolly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cost management and project controls within major infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Deputy Commercial Manager at Group PMX since June 2018, Christopher oversees all commercial aspects of the $2.8 billion Penn Station Access project. Previous roles include Senior Project Controls Specialist for the New York State Empire State Development on a $1.5 billion Manhattan project and Senior Cost Manager for the Hudson Yards project at Related Companies. Christopher’s career also includes significant positions at Louis Berger, URS Corporation, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and Merrill Lynch, focusing on cost engineering, financial planning, and budgeting across major real estate and development initiatives. Educational qualifications include studies at NYU Stern School of Business, Nassau Community College, and Adelphi University.
