Sam Rafla

Sam Rafla is an experienced professional in program scheduling and planning, currently serving as Sr. Program Scheduler at Group PMX since December 2019. Prior to this role, Sam held the position of Sr. Scheduler at Toll International LLC from January 2019 to December 2019. Sam's experience includes serving as Planning and Forensic Claims Manager at BAM International bv, contributing to the Julius Nyerere International Airport project in Tanzania, and as Deputy Planning/Forensic Claims Manager at Besix - Orascom, involved in the Grand Egyptian Museum project in Egypt. Sam started a career at Orascom Construction Industries (OCI), where roles included Sr. Planning Engineer and involved work on the largest mall in the Middle East in 6th of October City, Egypt.
