Tim Kiser

Tim Kiser, AIA, has a robust background in architecture and project management, holding key positions across several organizations. As Area Director for Special Olympics Delaware from September 2012 to April 2017, Tim managed a leadership team that provided sports training and competition for athletes with disabilities. Tim currently serves as a Project Manager at Group PMX, starting in March 2025, and previously held the role of Director of Workplace Practice at Bernardon, where responsibilities included client relationship development and team management in Corporate, Retail, and Industrial markets. Tim’s earlier experience includes being an Associate/Senior Project Director and an Architect, with a strong focus on design, project execution, and client engagement across various sectors. Tim also served as Regional Managing Director at Core States Group, leading teams to expand project opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic region. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Maryland College Park and a Master of Architecture from North Carolina State University.
