Group Ritu was founded in 1993 by first generation entrepreneurs Rajiv Singhal who read Economics at Yale University, London School of Economics & Hindu College and his wife Ritu Singhal, she trained as a textile designer at Sophia Polytechnic, Bombay. 

In the last three decades, the group has built diverse interests in champagne growing and making, publishing, international consulting, brand building, e-learning, representation, and media focused private equity.

Simplified access for international companies to the complex and regulated Indian market across sectors. 

Initiated the first actions in agro-agri product marketing and promotion domain in India.

Developed the nascent market for wine, champagne and luxury goods (porcelain) in India since 1996 when India’s tryst with wine and official import of porcelain had still not begun..
