Chuck Basham is an accomplished national security professional and dynamic leader with nearly 30 years of experience in operations, training, education, and personnel management. Currently serving as a Senior Wargaming Analyst at Group W, Chuck previously held various leadership roles within the United States Marine Corps, including Commanding Officer and Future Operations Director. With a Master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, Chuck is also a certified CrossFit trainer, demonstrating a passion for coaching and mentoring others to achieve their goals. As they transition from active military service, Chuck aims to leverage their extensive experience in program or operations management within high-performing organizations.
