Abuzar Ali

Abuzar Ali, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Abuzar started their career at the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston as a Lead Developer, where they managed e-mail campaigns, customized a cloud database, and developed a training module. Abuzar then moved on to the University of Houston, where they worked on related academic projects as a SharePoint Developer and Database Developer, creating a corporate intranet portal and managing tables and data in a relational database.

Abuzar later joined Group 1 Automotive, initially working as an Inventory Accountant, responsible for reconciling multiple general ledger accounts and managing vehicle floor plans. Abuzar then progressed to roles of increasing responsibility, including Associate Manager of Financial Analysis and Consolidation, Associate Manager of Hyperion Systems, Manager of Hyperion Systems, and finally Senior Manager of Hyperion Systems. In their most recent role as Director of Financial Systems, Abuzar oversaw the financial systems of the company.

Throughout their career, Abuzar has demonstrated expertise in financial systems, inventory management, database development, and software customization. Abuzar has also shown leadership skills in supervising teams and training new employees. Their work experience highlights their strong analytical and technical abilities, as well as their ability to adapt to different industries and roles.

Abuzar Ali, MBA, has a strong education background in business administration and accounting. Abuzar obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in accounting from the University of Houston-Victoria in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in accounting from the University of Houston in 2012. Additionally, during their time at the University of Houston, they also earned a second BBA degree in management information systems.
