Amber Patrick

Amber Patrick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market management and human resources. Currently serving as the California/New Mexico Market Manager at Group 1 Automotive since September 2018, Amber has also held roles including HR Manager and HR Associate Manager focused on learning and development, where responsibilities included leading the strategy for a learning management system for a large employee base and developing employee engagement surveys. Prior experience includes roles as an Aftersales Training Coordinator, Elearning Developer, and various positions as a Registered Behavior Technician and Behavior Therapist. Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University-Sacramento and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism Spectrum Disorders from Ball State University.
