Michele Willis

Michele Willis is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Management and Talent Officer at Group 1 Automotive since January 2024. With a strong background in HR operations and talent management, Michele has held leadership positions at Cimarron Energy Inc. as Director of HR Operations and Interim VP of HR, and at Aker BioMarine ASA as Region Head of People, Organization, & Culture.
