Myra Mallet

Myra Mallet possesses extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as the Controller for Transaction Services at Group 1 Automotive since September 2022. Previously, Myra held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Houston Habitat for Humanity, Inc. from September 2020 to September 2022. Myra's career at BHP spanned over a decade, during which various leadership roles were undertaken, including Head of Enterprise Improvement, Head of Finance Business Partnering, and Operations Accounting Controller, where significant improvements in efficiency and effectiveness were achieved. Prior to BHP, Myra worked at Transocean Inc., Resolution Performance Products, and Shell Oil Company in roles that emphasized training, accounting management, and budget oversight. Myra holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Alcorn State University and a Master’s of Science in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas (TX).
