Noel Malcaba

Noel Malcaba is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the IT Director of AI Programs and Governance at Group 1 Automotive since March 2025, Noel previously held the position of Chief Information Officer at Bristow Group from April 2013 to January 2025, where significant achievements included consolidating IT operations post-merger and overseeing a technology team with a $30 million budget. Prior experience at Baker Hughes involved leading application technology and integration efforts as IT Director, as well as managing ERP implementations during a tenure that spanned nearly 18 years. Noel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston.
