Olivia Pham has over 30 years of experience in human resources, payroll, and compensation management. Currently serving as the Retirement and Equity Manager at Group 1 Automotive since June 2008, Olivia has advanced through various roles, including Director of Compensation, Equity, and Retirement Plans, and Senior Manager in the same areas.
