Roy Boitnott

Roy Boitnott has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the National Aftersales Director at Group 1 Automotive since September 2012, overseeing US Aftersales Operations. Previous roles include Senior Aftersales Director, where oversight extended to Service and Parts Operations across 65 multi-brand automotive dealerships, and Market Director, managing dealership operations in Long Island, Freehold, and Atlantic City. Roy also held the position of Regional Aftersales Director, responsible for fixed operations across several states. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Yanjun Automotive Group in China, managing luxury brand operations, and as West Region Aftersales Director at Asbury Automotive Group, overseeing service, parts, and collision operations across multiple states. Military service in the United States Air Force took place from 1981 to 1990.
