Group8 is a strategic advisory and search business focused on the legal sector.

We partner with our clients (senior lawyers and law firms) to help them maximise the world’s evolving possibilities.

Our business reflects our individual approach which is entrepreneurial, curious and creative. Quite simply we love building ground-breaking teams, witnessing the transformative impact that growth can have on a firm and a market. We unlock opportunities through our determination and dedication, using a tried and tested intricate methodology. We flex and adapt quickly to meet the changing needs of the market and our clients. We are always thinking ahead and asking “is there a better way?”. The journey is as important to us as the destination and we coach and support with every step.

Our team houses recognised and trusted experts in the coaching and resourcing world. With over 70 years of combined global experience in helping the very best to achieve their full potential, we work with you to achieve your own vision and growth objectives.

Cross-Border
All of our cross-border consultants have themselves experienced international relocations and those overseas experiences shaped not only careers, but our lives. We have detailed knowledge of various legal markets but also what it's like to make the move, with or without a family and where, as a lawyer, you could relocate to in order to achieve everything which matters to you.

Our team has lived in, and understands the culture of, all the regions we help relocate lawyers to.

We have a point of view and valuable experience which you can benefit from but really, the journey is all about you.
