group9 stems from Salves Development. We were founded 2011. Our missiont: tying the best Java professionals by providing challenging assignments, top colleagues and a fun, yet challenging work environment.

Our customers know where to find us. They give us crucial roles in their business critical projects. Through their trust, our employees are given the challenging projects, where they can grow. As customers choose us, we choose them, only where we really be seen as a partner; a good relationship goes two ways.

This also applies to our employees, we ask a lot of them, but also give a lot back. We pay above market conditions, have good working conditions, pay close attention to training and suitable jobs, and take the company's major decisions together. We do not strive to be the biggest but the best.
