Charly Devaud is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and development across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines for Groupe BERTO since October 2017, Charly has successfully implemented robust recruitment processes, enhanced employer branding, and developed tailored training plans. Prior roles include Responsable Recrutement for Action and Handicap International - Humanité & Inclusion, as well as positions focused on recruitment at Lucien METAIRIE. Charly holds a Master's degree in Management des Ressources Humaines & Organisation from IAE FRANCE and a Bi-Licence in Droit-LEA from Nantes Université, complemented by a Baccalauréat littéraire from Lycée Notre-Dame du Roc.
