Pascal Bourcier has extensive experience in data governance and risk management within the financial sector. Currently serving as Responsable outils et accès at Groupe BPCE since November 2017, responsibilities include managing group data governance tools and ensuring legal compliance with regulations such as GDPR. Prior to this role, Pascal spent a decade at Natixis in various leadership positions involving risk and ALM, overseeing a team of 30 developers on critical applications. Earlier career stages included technical project leadership at Calyon, project management and development at IXIS CIB focusing on market risk, project management at ATSM for financial software modules, and research engineering at CSTB, where work focused on dynamic effects of turbulent wind on large cable-stayed bridges. Pascal holds an engineering degree in applied mathematics and computer science from the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble.
