Raphael Ros currently serves as Responsable pilotage organisation et change management programme Orion at Groupe BPCE, overseeing organizational management and change support for the Orion program aimed at creating a unified technological platform for the Banques Populaires and Caisses d’Epargne. In previous roles, Raphael has managed the digital workplace experience for 110,000 employees, facilitated employee experience projects, and contributed to strategic banking projects at Banque Populaire du Sud. Additionally, Raphael is engaged in academia as a coach and trainer at several institutions, including L'École supérieure de la banque and IFC Groupe d'enseignement supérieur. Raphael holds a Master's degree in Management and Human Resources from Université de Perpignan, as well as certifications in digital transformation from ESCP Business School.
