Founded upon the model of Asian Bistronomy, PANASIA offers different types of cuisine which every ingredient, spice, and sauce are specifically selected to satisfy all Asian cuisine lovers: Through his know-how, PANASIA has created a menu combining the most emblematic dishes of Far Eastern Asia and allow traditional foods to be reborn and reinvented. PANASIA erases the boundaries between tastes and flavors to build a unique identity and gather all lovers of Asian cuisines around the same table.

PANASIA’s story starts in March 2010 and opened its first restaurant in Boulogne Billancourt, this opportunity allows PANASIA to lay the groundwork for the purpose of reaching a wider audience: In 2013, PANASIA opened its second restaurant at the very heart of Beaugrenelle shopping mall in the 15th arrondissement of Paris and meet a direct success among local and international customers. 
In 2015, PANASIA expends its development by opening 2 restaurants located in the south of France :  One inside Cap 3000 shopping mall near Nice and one restaurant inside Docks Village in Marseille 
Between 2016 and 2018 PANASIA has sought to increase its presence in Paris by settling down one restaurant at the Cité des Sciences, the new Vill'Up Shopping mall and two new outlets at the sixth floor of the Lafayette Haussmann dome.
