Josh Schramm

Josh Schramm is currently the VP, Engineering at Groupize. Prior to this, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Level Seven Group from August 2010 to September 2019. In this role, they were responsible for the management of the Custom Application Development practice and the technical direction of the company. This included directing a team of software developers, being involved in the management of projects for the practice and directly contributing to their development.

Before Level Seven Group, Josh Schramm worked as a Systems Consultant at Paragon Consulting, Inc from May 2008 to August 2010. In this role, they helped build and deliver custom applications as well as working in a staff augmentation capacity helping outside clients complete their own in house projects.

Prior to Paragon Consulting, Inc., Josh worked as a Senior Software Developer at Progressive Insurance from June 2005 to March 2008. In this role, they led implementation and development for projects within the Claims department's IT group.

Josh started their professional career as an IT Intern at NCR from January 2004 to December 2005. After NCR, they became the owner / consultant of Greenfield Consulting.

Josh Schramm graduated from the University of Dayton with a degree in Computer Information Systems / Business Management. Josh also attended St. Francis de Sales School in Toledo, OH.

Their manager is Alisa De Gaspe Beaubien, CEO & COO. Josh Schramm works with Paul Pedevillano - CFO, Charles de Gaspe Beaubien - Chief Customer Officer.
