Mathilde Coste

Mathilde Coste is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Groupize.ai since July 2025, Mathilde also holds the position of Managing Director at Golden Seeds, an investment firm dedicated to supporting women-led businesses. Previously, Mathilde worked as a Fractional CFO for Endomedix, Inc. and Work Truck Solutions, and founded MHC CFO Services to provide CFO support for technology companies. With prior experience as CFO at AdaCore and LR Paris, and as a Finance Consultant for OCULOGICA, Mathilde has a proven track record in financial management and strategy development. Additionally, contributions were made to Maisons & Domaines Henriot as a Board Member and to Videodesk as CFO and Board Secretary. Mathilde holds advanced degrees in International Economics and Economics, Politics, and International Relations from Sciences Po and Columbia Business School.
