Lua Amora

Lua Amora is an experienced professional in international business development, currently serving as the International Business Development Manager at Motion Content Group since May 2021. In this role, Lua leads the global rollout of Positive Impact, a funding initiative aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and sustainability in storytelling. Prior to this, Lua held various positions at Globo from 2013 to 2020, including Head of Licensed Content, where stewardship of a team focused on strategic acquisition and programming was paramount. Additional experience includes film and TV writing at AdoroCinema and production roles with several major Brazilian media organizations. Lua's educational background includes an MBA in Culture, Economy, and Management from FGV, as well as essential product management training from AllWomen.
